| (1) Rio's Carnaval in the Sambadrome is many times referred as the "largest show on earth". |
| (2) This is a reference to an old story where the clown cries because inside, apart of his apparent happiness, he is sad. Same thing with Carnaval, but where temporarily everyone forgets their sadness and have fun. |
